Welcome to Windward Shores
Windward Shores is a North Carolina neighborhood of homes situated at the northern end of Jimmies Creek in the northeastern section of Lake Gaston in Northampton County.
All property owners automatically belong to the Windward Shores Property Owners Association. The Association is managed by the Board of Directors which consist of seven members, who meet quarterly.

Annual Property Owners Meeting
The association’s annual meeting will be held at 10:00 am on the 2nd Saturday in September. Location to be announced. We wish to encourage all members of the development to attend the annual meeting and take an active role in your community.
Windward Shores is covered by a set of protective covenants along with Rules and Regulations. The covenants were put in place by the developer to protect the character and value of the neighborhood. The Rules and Regulations are established by the Board of Directors and reviewed annually.
